Members of the Rhode Island National Guard Open House and Air Show key staff with founding sponsor Mr. Al Cerrone and his friend Rita pose for a picture at the International Council of Air Shows Conference Chairman's Banquet in Las Vegas, Nevada. The RING Open House and Air Show was presented with the prestigious Dick Schram Community Service award. The RING Open House and Air Show is only one of 3 shows that have won this award twice. They were previously presented the award in 1995. (Released)
