RIANG says goodbye to nearly 50 years of Hart

Members of the Rhode Island National Guard gathered at Quonset Air National Guard Base, Saturday, December 1, 2018 to witness the retirement of Colonel Richard Hart after 29 years of honorable and faithful service.
