I am Capt. Jamie Boudreaux, C-130J pilot, 143d Airlift Squadron, Rhode Island Air National Guard. My main responsibility is to perform tactical airlift operations both in country and at deployed locations. As a pilot, I am responsible for providing humanitarian relief and aid for various disasters and scenarios. I also support combat operations when in a deployed environment. My favorite part of this job is being able to fly all over the world and see new and exciting locations. There is nothing better than seeing the view from thousands of feet in the air. My job affects the wing mission as a whole because I am directly involved with the flying operations. Whether it be for humanitarian or combat purposes, our aircraft are utilized for important parts of the wing mission. We also provide international training through our program to help educate pilots from around on the world on the ins and outs of the C130J aircraft. My personal goals within the military are to continue progressing in my career field, and to take on more leadership and mentoring roles. I want to help not only the operations group, but the entire wing to be the best that it can possibly be. I am a full-time technician within the Air National Guard but on my free time I enjoy attending concerts and sporting events such as football and baseball.

I am Staff Sgt. Courtney Kreshak, knowledge operations manager, 143d Operations Group, Rhode Island Air National Guard. My primary duty is to provide administrative assistance to the commanders of the operations group. I also manage rosters and check attendance of the group during drills to ensure that members are receiving payments in the appropriate status. I also manage and modify orders as an orders specialist for the operations group. I am a full time technician at Joint Force Headquarters and act as a liaison between the 143d Operations Group and Human Resources. I am available to help with any questions and resolve any issues that relate to the Human Resource department and our full-time technician program. My additional duties include monitoring physical fitness tests as a PT leader, and I am also the alternate unit safety representative. My biggest influence and reason why I joined the military is my father, Senior Master Sgt. Steve Kreshak. He is also a member of the unit and works as a production controller within the Maintenance Operations Center in the Maintenance Squadron. I was always interested in joining because I grew up watching him in a military environment. My father and I were lucky enough to deploy together to Bagram, Afghanistan in 2011. He is my personal hero and our military service together is a strong bond that we will always share. My goals within the military are to keep up with my physical fitness standards and ensure that I am up to date with PME. I also plan to outrank my dad by the time I retire which means that I need to get promoted to chief! I have two children, Brayden, 5, and Brynn, 2. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and love being out on the boat and by the water during the summer.
